Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • If the product is in approved condition, we will issue a full refund excluding shipping costs.

  • The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase within 5–10 working days. Please note that some banks may take up to 30 banking days to process the refund.

  • If the return does not meet our requirements, it may be rejected or a partial refund may be offered.

3. Delivery

  • We offer delivery via FedEx and DHL. If neither is available, we may choose an alternative courier.

  • Delivery time is typically 1–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • B’s Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

  • If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • You have the right to return an unused and unopened product within 14 days of receiving it.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 working days, although some banks may take up to 30 banking days to complete the transaction.

5. Warranty and Claims

  • If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@bsextensions.com.

  • We may request photos as proof of the issue before issuing a replacement or processing a refund.

  • All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
