Refund Policy
1. Refund Policy
At B’s Extensions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a smooth return and refund process under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used or opened hair extensions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bsextensions.com before sending the product back.
2. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed as follows:

If the product is in approved condition, we will issue a full refund excluding shipping costs.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 5–10 working days. Please note that some banks may take up to 30 banking days to process the transaction.

If the return does not meet our requirements, it may be rejected or a partial refund may be offered.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges if you have received the wrong product or if the item is defective.
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@bsextensions.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once the return is approved and we have received the item, we will dispatch the replacement product as soon as possible.
4. What Does It Cost to Return or Exchange a Product?
You are responsible for the return shipping cost, but we’ll take care of the rest.
We process exchanges by refunding your original purchase, allowing you to place a new order immediately. This ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
To request a return shipping label, please contact us at support@bsextensions.com. The cost is SEK 59.
If you fail to collect your parcel upon delivery, a SEK 59 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

Photos of the product and any damaged packaging

A description of the issue
We will process your case as quickly as possible and offer either a replacement product or a refund.
